FYI: it has never been in an accident. So I don't know where you get your information from but at no point did I ever say its been in an accident.

What I said was "she had 4 car seats, one in each vehicle. She has sold most of the separate vehicles, so this car seat is not needed."

I'm from Ohio and we have consignments store that sell used infant carseats everyday! So if it was illegal I'm sure these store would not sell them. It's prob illegal if u try to sell them and they are expired!! Ppl can be so rude and ignorant, they need to get a life!! Great auction and very nice carseat :) F&W! Have a good day!

just so everyone knows my wife owns a second hand baby boutique. it is not illegal to sell a second hand car seat. the only stipulation is that it must be certified. there are only a few states that do not allow what my wife does, but there is no state that has banned the third party private sales of used car seats. thanks

ok when was the last time you shipped off a car seat & base. It goes by girth for oversize boxes and yes this is oversize. Not only does it account for the weight it's the size of the package.

Also in the listing it states, if there is a difference in the shipping cost, I will refund the amount left over to the recipient. Now if you are local I suggest to pick up because it will still cost nearly $30 for shipping.
