Two pre-drilled Half penny Coins as shown, copper nickel is 1947 and 50% silver is 1943. Acquired post drill, someone must have used them for a bracelet or as pendants. Enlarge the pictures for details.

Question came up in my other similar coin listing as to whether I was sure this 1943 coin was 50% silver. I replied with this:
Thought so too, but these 2 are quite different metals. I finally found this link- http://www.ebay.com/gds/British-coins-silver-content-for-bul

and it explained that during that time frame they did some in 50% silver.
I have 2 auctions of the 2 different coins. Even the weights are different a bit...and the the darker one is definitely copper nickel.
