You look like you have big/broad shoulders which is way you probably still need a medium shirt.
I was down to 130 lbs. 5'10" - looked like I was a 4 & bulimic and still needed a size 10 but I am big boned (German decent)?
Then I got sick and now I am poofy (Huge) again - oh well - I am alive.

They are a size 11 and a tinge on the green side of khaki if you know what I mean? The shirt is so pretty and comfortable it feels like you have nothing on and definitely has all the eye appeal you need. Trust me..lol

The smallest I have is juniors 11 & 13 and ladies 10 is the smallest and up.
