Average measurement is approximately 4 1/4" around, and 3" long.

To get measurement correct; measure around a ponytail for thickness. We want this to be near perfect width so please use a measurement. I will custom make sizes just let me know.

For the curious as of how this stays on so well...The top strand/tie is literally above the elastic band of your ponytail, lace to fit snug, and this will stay on as long as your ponytail does. I will send directions for application via email with pictures (step by step) if you desire. You do not have to unlace it to put it on, simply loosen it. My daughter wears it (pictures posted) and it lasts all day.

You can machine wash on gentle cycle, but I prefer Hand wash, cold. Flat dry.

yeah regular length would be fine for thin hair...it really depends on the length of your hair. The width of the hair corset is was I change if your hair is thin.
