Questions & Comments
so what is in the auction? Only pictures of what you have listed? and I might add your comment of being treated as a child is a bit offensive to most people looking at your auction. Plus you are NOT allowed to charge money on an auction.
(1) New4U: I am trying to prove my 1912 dating and share some stuff. If you want to criticise, I'll take my Volume 1, #1 of the Harley Enthusiast and the 1911, 1912, 1913, 1914, and 1915 advertising and put them away and no one will see them Thank You to New4U!!!!!!!!!!!!! (2) Scooter0164: Where am I charging money, please show me where and I'll remove it. My "child" comments are just a variation on a theme I've seen on other auctions here-more than one, so I am trying to fit in in my own way. H.A.N.D..
Pictures only. My uncle's Photo comes from The Stanley Dry Plate Company and has a notation on the box it was just bought by Eastman Kodak. This is my first Auction, not my first time around the block, so if you aren't going to be an adult, you will be treated as a child. WORDS TO REMEMBER!!!! P.S. Enjoy this, it may not last.
Ok I was bidding on a photo of your uncle on a Harley correct? Because that's what your post says. But other comments made me think I was reading it incorrectly! Sorry to be a pain .. I love this photo and would love to own it!! Just need to make sure. Thank you :)
The Auction includes all photos which will be delivered Electronically. 1912 H-D Physical photos have to be made from The Stanley Dry Plate mentioned and take considerable time.
A copy, the negative is a glass plate covered with Silver Nitrate that is 101 years old. I get nervous whenever I have to make photos that way because they have to keep it several hours and sometimes overnight. I HATE that, please understand. Thank You.
