Hi, Thanks for looking...I measured the inside of the band at the smallest adjusted hole and it would be about 18 inches around.. I really don't know other than the Tag say's "ONE SIZE FITS ALL" so I would say "PROBABLY (*.*)

My 2 year old son loves Mickey mouse and he also loves to take dads hats and dance around with them and practice being Michael Jackson..LOL, dad says he needs to get his own hat so this would be a great gift for my lil man!
