Due to dishonest folks I no longer offer free shipping. All items will be sent in a padded envelope with tracking. If you feel that my shipping costs are too high then you have 2 options.

2. Supply me with the supplies I need to ship item(s) to you. This includes Paypal fees of 30 cents plus 3% of transaction, Penny sleeve, Top Loader, Packing peanuts, Padded envelope, Ink, Paper, Tape, Electricity costs to run computer and Printer and Gas costs to drive package to local post office. I will then happily ship your package for the $1.69 that you are assuming it costs to ship the item to you. And Plain White Envelopes with a stamp on them are not considered a traceable option.

Folks I am not charging shipping to be a jerk. I am charging shipping because Tracking numbers are the only acceptable proof that an item was shipped. So since it is a requirement, it is thus passed on to the winner. Which is the only fair thing to do for all parties.
