I believe the Halti is like a halter- worn around the chest, not the neck....this
{the listed item} is worn around the nose & neck....it's not actually a muzzle, but a new design of the usual collar/lead combo that is more comfortable for the pooch {especially a "puller" like mine!} & provides more control to the person walking, or in my case running, the dog!!! Hope this info helps!!

Yes , this is like the halti collar! I had one for my dog. It's not a muzzle , but it keeps them from pulling because it controls them better.
