My apologies, but I don't know much about this patch.
If anyone can enlighten me I'd love to learn about it because it drives me crazy to have no information about an item *LOL*

Despite my apparent lack of familiarity about this patch, perhaps someone will bid to give it a new home.

it's in wonderful condition, bright and detailed lettering -- white on blue background and trimmed in white.
