I belive its steel boning and it doesnt have a size on it but when
I bought it I was a medium. I do know that its 16in across when I lay it flat and that it has a 7in flap underneath for easy adjusting.

Starts at 16in and can be widened up to as much as needed. In the last picture you can also see the flap underneath incase it needs to be larger.
