What color is this exactly? My computer makes it look red or brown, I can't really tell.

The Liz Clairborne is a reddish brown and I think because of the light that the picture was taken in It shows 1 color and then another, but it is a light rusty brown more of a fall color than the red.. hopefully that will answer your question. It shows the 2 different colors on my computer too. Thank you for your question..JG

I would say that is a leather /type material. It is good and sturdy material. used very little. it was too big for me since I've down sized a lot but it is roomy to carry everything . I just needed a smaller purse.
