What is this about?

This is basically a movie about alien "possession", I don't know how else to explain it. You can look it up on youtube for a preview or something, It's an ok movie, it's just not my kind. It's about a small town in Alaska and some strange things happening. People committing completely random homicide/suicide for instance. The movie is kind of freaky, and also to some it could seem believable. It's more for those who are strong believers in extra terrestrial life.
