This is fun for fall, and sleeveless, but looks nice with a blazer or sweater,, so it covers those days when you don't know how hot it might get! The front gathers at the neck and has three rows of ruffles underneath. There is a tie which gathers it up and ties behind the neck. No ruffles in the back.
