its gonna be a tight fit on shipping to get it there by christmas thats assuming mail runs on christmas eve(cant remember) Im gonna do my best to get it there on time! Ok so you all know, The auction ends FRIDAY afternoon, I wont be able to ship untill Saterday morn(work 8am-6pm), THat still gives 5 days for it to arive on Christmas eve SOOO Cross your fingers and so will I! Btw the cell phone is barely used, was bought and 1 month put on it and then dad didnt need it anymore. Great condition, im gonna charge it and remove any numbers in it so that you wont have to.

No it doesnt take a sims card. All you have to do is call strait talk and transfer your number OR buy a time card and then call. I did it before! I bought used a phone from a friend used after my youngest dumped the other in the toilet, I called and tranfered the number and had no problems with it!
