The listing, Bayonet Letter opener Chrome Finish has ended.

I don't know if this is an antique yet because i'm not sure of the age. I personally have owned it for close to 15-20 years and got it used. This is in excellent condition with no signs of use, or tarnish- it has been sitting in my desk waiting for a letter that never came-lol
The chrome mirror like finish is very good. Details are amazing, even the lock button is spring loaded. I think the handle is plastic but hard to tell.
I've seen these on Ebay where the blade is inscribed, and that can still be done by it's new owner. I've seen the same one made in Switzerland, Japan , and Germany. This one is unmarked.

My finacee and I have decided to start collecting letter openers - neat huh? hehe. Long story. Anyway. Do you hav eany others? :) Watching and bdiding toward end. I had one other one from Japan, but auctioned it here with some antique chopsticks.
This is a very cool one though (fanned ya back)
