Yes it has writing in the ring. No there's not a woman's ring to match. I have an antique ring my husband got me. This ring was a tight fit on him he needed a big size and we don't need this one.

They are separate rings we have two of them. We got sent the wrong size on the second and don't need neither of them. So we are selling them on here
