Yes it is authentic Vera Bradley - it was purchased in a VB store. There are both a VB tag as well as the VB zipper pull. I will post additional photos of those.

Do you know the pattern name or when you bought it? I can't find it anywhere and have never seen this kiss lock change purse inside a wallet thing. Would like to know more about it

The measurements are 7 inches by 4 1/2 inches. It holds a cell phone.
