from the armpit to the bottom of them hem is approximately 17 1/2 inches and yes I do pay pal and money orders.

They are made out of 68% polyester 28% rayon and 4% Spandex. They are machine washable on cold water and tumble dry on low. Non chlorine bleach only

do they fit tight/straight around the waist or more loosely?
