Is this perrenials ? Will it be fine at zone 5 ?

Yes these are perennials and will grow in Zone 5 I planted mine 2 years ago and try came back again they go to seed in late sept start of oct each year and I always throw in a couple extra seeds to keep them full when they begin to bloom lol they are open at night
