Up for your consideration is this gorgeous Vintage Enameled Red, Black, & Metallic Gold Brooch / Pin.

This is a BEAUTIFUL brooch. The photos do not do it justice! It is so glossy and the colors are bold and the red and gold really pop out.

Measuring approximately 2" X 2-3/4" , it is on the larger side.

As you can see in the photos, it has 2 "bumps" towards the middle. I'm not sure if it was handmade? In any case, it looks almost as if it has never been worn!

I am not sure of the material - maybe ceramic I would guess? The back kind of reminds me of a chalkboard. The front is of course the red, black, and metallic gold glossy enameling.

I can't stop looking at it! Lol.

It's under Ceramic Cats??? How did that happen?!! I don't think I can change it now that there is a bid but thanks for letting me know.... I have no idea why it's under that.. I didn't even know there was a ceramic cats category. How irritating.

That has to be a mistake on Listias end. I didn't even see any Ceramic Cats category or subcategory for that matter.

I search for ceramic cats every day because I collect them. That's where I found the brooch. Beautiful piece of jewelry.

Lol ok thats why then. I have both the word ceramic and cat in my description. "Cat" is in my terms in the description. It's kind of like tags because when you do a search Listia searches the entire description. That's why. Ok I'm no longer confused lol. Thank you btw for saying it is a nice piece! I love it too but I don't wear brooches. :)
