The listing, BNWT 'Sugar Tart' Girls Shirt Sz L(14) has ended.

I bought this for my daughter, and after she told me to promise her I wasn't getting her clothes for her birthday! Her loss is your gain! It's brand spankin' new with the tags and very cute! The pictures say it all! The design looks like someone spilled something on it...but it's just part of the design. I went thru all the shirts at JCPenneys to make sure! LOL

I just called my sister and asked her about the sales! Get this...LOL...she said she just went to a sale they had and bought my nephew and niece new winter jackets and clothes for next year and probably only spent maybe $2 on each....and $4 on the jackets. I asked her why I'm just finding out! LOL When I used to go there for there sales it looked like everything was a mark-up. I'm going to have to start going there with my sister. LOL

We get all our kids clothes there they have really good clearance prices. You can get clothes from .99 to $2.49 and up.

Oh, wow! See, it's been a long timefor me going there! I had to meet my mom there one day and saw this shirt. It was on sale, but not even close to those prices. This shirt was marked $24.99, but rang up $14.99. I should go more often and maybe catch the sales you're talking about. Thank you! = ))
