This is a 2013 Topps Sliver Slate "Blue Sparkle" card for JEFF FRANCOUER of the Kansas City Royals.
These cards were only available in wrapper redemption packs from Topps. A very tough find, these would be great for any Kansas City Royals fan or any collector of rare or unusual sports cards.
Because I have received a lot of email asking if these are numbered or "how rare" they are, I did the research: there are about 100 sets of Blue Sparkle in existence. The cards are not numbered, but if they were, they would be numbered to approximately 100.
