Yes, cash is always fine, but waiting for someone to send in the cash and then ship the item. That takes a lots of time. With PayPal account, when someone paid in PayPal they provided verified address and you can invoice and ship and post tracking information. Also when payment make instance and therefore you can ship the item right away.
