hey nice to see u again lol u changed ur pic I didn't realize it was u lol I can give u instructions they are very easy but I am on my app on my phone so I can't message u.... directions for activation 1) open wrapper and expose warmer to air... no kneading or shaking necessary 2) use warmer in enclosed area, such as a pocked, or glove, for best results. lasts 7 hours + a min. temp. 104°F, avg. temp. of 135°F and Max temp of 156°F when used correctly will do caution on another comment

cautions: children, the elderly and some handicapped should be supervised when using this product remove warmer immediately if it becomes unbearably hot if not used correctly may higher temperature may occur causing burned ... keep out of reach of all children..
