Dress measures 55 inches total length top to bottom. 43 inches from bust line to bottom of dress. bust is 11 inches across, but it is an elastic band. Material blend is 68% polyester, 28% rayon and 4% spandex.

I am sorry, I am really not sure. I am a B and it is too large in the chest for me. This is why it is listed lol. I cannot guarantee. But it would be super cute with a cami underneath, and a cardigan as well ;)
