Refurbished...antenna on the control..also hard wired the remote so to turn off remote you must remove battery.this is a toy...but..its fun the front wheels flip around when you turn left or right and make the car flip allllll over the place drives upside down and over most things when you use the rotateing steering column!!! fun!!! lights up as you can see and I was unable to get it stuck..remote works fine...just have to stay about 25 ft away to keep flipping out!!!
