Nice Auction, Luon~~Can U tell me what the Stamps Pattern on bottom is? Hard to tell from photos. Looks like could be a flower & an anchor??

I think you hold wax over envelope and use a match to melt some then use stamper on it to seal envelope.

Yes it's a flower and seal of some kind. Could be a seal of the government of Williamsburg.
