Nothing is wrong with it!! My daughter no longer plays with it so its just sitting in the closet

You don't need the CD. You can actually download the Learning Lodge Navigator off Vtech's website. Using your computer, you can open the software Learning Lodge to buy games and then connect this Innotab to your computer to download the games you bought. You need a USB cord to connect the Innotab to your computer. You can also buy an SD card and download free stuffs off youtube to watch your favorite clips. Takes a lot of time converting the files but it's free..
