It could be one of two things... as simple and cheap as needing a new power cord, or.. the motherboard could be fried. I don't have the equipment to test it. That makes this a handy mans special or for parts.

Last time this laptop was on, everything worked fine. The "control" key is missing but the button still pushes. Also the battery is dead/will not charge, but I can include it if I find it.

There is a temporary copy of Windows 7 on it. You will need a key if you get this to power on.

There were/are a few stickers around the monitor.

There are no cracks in the case, just a few scratches from normal wear.

If you can get it fixed this would make a great laptop for home office or student. Wouldn't recommend gaming without a few tweaks.
