This is a (rare) vintage Black Power lighter from the 60's. It is called (Permanent Match). A must have for avid collectors!

Yes it does work. The striker still sparks off the flint. I have never filled it with lighter fluid and personally used it though, mainly because it is too special and old for me to want to use it. So I cannot guarantee that it will still hold fluid but it does spark.
