This auction is for 2 peppers. I will send the peppers whole and you can dry them for seeds. As you can see they are good and healthy and a little strange looking. These are hot peppers. Capsicum annuum var. annuum, is an heirloom chili pepper. You are correct on the common name as a peter pepper. It originated in Mexico and on a scoville rating comes in as medium heat at 10,000-23,000 scoville units. It is also known as Chilli Willy peppers.
