Description

The listing, 50+ Australian stamps has ended.

1 Packet of 50+ used (usually about 55) Australian commemorative postage stamps.

I have prepared a large number of packets containing at least 50 Australian commemorative stamps to be given away to anyone that wants one. The picture shows the large pile from which these packets were made.

Return postage HAS to be paid though (I have given away 700 packets like this now, and I can't obviously pay postage for everyone!).

If you are in the USA:
- mail me an SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) or 46c in unused postage (must have gum or be self-adhesive).
- Send me a PayPal payment (the slight extra amount is to cover the postage and receiving fees that PayPal charges me).

If you are NOT in the USA:
- send an IRC (International Reply Coupon) or
- US $1 banknote or
- 1 Euro coin or
- 1 Swiss Franc coin or
- PayPal for $1.60 (extra amount is to cover their fees).

Sorry, but no free shipping. I've sent out over 700 of these packets in the past few years, mostly international, and everyone provided return postage (otherwise, it would have been about $700 out of my pocket to mail these, and that my friends, is unfortunately no possible...).

Is there any additional cost (besides credits) if I do a local pickup? I live in Irving, TX.

No additional cost (ie: no postage due) for local pickup, however, since I'm in East Plano / Murphy area, your cost to pick that up would require about $10 in gas and at least $6 in tollway costs, so well more than the 85c in postage..., but you'd get it quicker by about one day.

no, local pickup eliminate the postage charge, but I'm in east Plano / Murphy area, so about an hour round-trip drive and $10+ in gas and perhaps $7 in tollway costs... 85c postage cost would be cheaper and it would only take a day to get there by mail...

Thanks for your advice. This is my first week on Listia and my husband is from Australia so I collect Australian items. I am still trying to learn how things work. I put in my credit offer and it automatically deducts from how many credits I have now or it only deducts the total bid if I win? If I bet multiple times and still lose, do they take out every bet (like 300+350=650) when the winner paid 400? How do I pay you the credits and the postage after the auction is over?

No, when you bid, they temporarily block those number of credits until you win (so that in the meantime you can't put in bids for other items for more credits than you have available. If you don't win (or you are outbid), then the credits show up again (that happens to me as well). When you win a lot, credits are then deducted from your account and in turn get deposited into the sellers account, but postage if any has to be settled up with the seller (that could be cash, check or preferably PayPal).
