Info. from WikiHow:
1) Choose a spot in the room that offers indirect sunlight. The peace lily can be close to but not directly under a window or near sunlight but not directly in it.
2) Water the peace lily adequately. The best care you can give this plant is a heavy watering. When the potted soil is dry, add enough water to make it damp, but not so much as to have standing water.
3) Mist the leaves several times a week with a spray bottle. Peace lilies thrive in higher humidity levels, so the more water you can supply the blooms, the healthier it will be.
4) Trim any unhealthy leaves of your plant regularly. Use scissors to remove any unhealthy or dead spots to keep the foliage a lush green.
5) Leave the lilies to grow on their own. Outside of water, your plant will not need much maintenance. Fertilizers and nutrient tablets are unnecessary.
Though beautiful, peace lilies are poisonous. In particular, the leaves are very toxic for both humans and animals, so keep them away from children and pets.
