This is an authentic action figure (or whatever you want to call it) made by Bandai of China. I got this from my grandma who got it from a collector for around $75. It comes fully assembled, highly detailed and comes with a lot of accessories. I am willing to negotiate the price if you want, but I would prefer that it doesn't go any lower than 3500 credits.
