I don't really know, because honestly I got it from my sister in law. She gave it to me to see if I could use it with my plan, but then my husband and I got a plan under his mother instead. So now I have this extra phone, and actually a couple of others I do not need. But I know that they work. I would suggest looking up more info online for any questions, sorry.
