This ring belonged to my aunt and it is very old with a peridot stone. There are no markings but it cleaned very well. It could be platinum 14k white gold or sterling silver(more likely the first two) Size 9 ring. Small but very pretty.

My birthstone, just the way I like it. Simple and sweet. Silver is fine. I have a peridot in yellow gold. The colors just don't go well together :)

I am very sure it is not silver, I really believe it is platinum, for it is rare to be stainless steel for a old ring. Also, if it was 14k white gold, it would begin to become yellow and this is on the gray tone, which is one way to identify platinum. If anything, it was an investment if it is platinum.

Sorry, I really didn't know until I put up the listing and someone bid. I am disabled without a car and just can't get to a jeweler in 3 days. I might have cheated myself but I don't mind giving someone something that MIGHT be valuable. We live and learn, don't we. Bless you for your input, love.
