Running Out of Room:
These items belonged to my grandmother and when we found out she had bone cancer (or its running throw the bones or blood marrow) we had to clean out her home. She's now in a nursing home, but I get to see her.

I found all these items and want to make those CUTE CUPCAKE BAG WITH BEADS SPRINKLERS, but it didn't look nothing like the video on youtube. LOL

But if you make items like that this auction is for you. I wish you the best and I know my grandmother would be happy know someone got them that would use them. (She's Been wanting a Pandora Style Bracelet. When its fine I will win one for her:)

I love this auction. Such a lot of different stuff. I'm sorry about your grandma but I'm glad she is in a place where they can take good care of her. We are fighting cancer too. I sit for long periods of time (4.5 hours for chemo) so I get a lot of crochet work done. That's okay cause I get to list it on Listia. Hope I win this auction. It's great. Thanks for your encouraging words. It took a little while for us to get used to her in the nursing center, but your right she is being taken care of and we can visit her anytime. I wish you a lot of blessings I know this situations can be hard, but it helps to do things you like to keep your mind positive. My grandmother usually looks at tv or talks with others there. Although, it took her a with to get use to being there and interacting with other.
I wanted to add free shipping, because I know there are many Listians that will love these items (Even though the shipping my be pricey).

HELLO EVERYONE:)
I have one more item to add to this auction:)

It a crocheted item made somewhat like the last photo of the RED & BLACK crocheted items, but its square instead of round. IT'S VERY PRETTY:)
Its made like for of those it crocheted together kind of like a checker board. The colors are:

Outside layer: Pink,
Second Layer: White,
Third Layer: Purple,
Last Layer (center): Golden orange
The whole size is about the size of a table mat that you would lay under your plates in a table setting.

So think of one square that looks like that, but there are four of them together like a checker board. Its very pretty and worth the win.

WOW!!! I would most certainly be able to use EVERYTHING in this auction!!
I knit and crochet, I have been looking for zippers on here for a long time, and I can always use more buttons for many of the crafts I do!
I have never came across an auction this size that does not have a single thing I wouldn't use in it, so this is AWESOME!!!!
I fanned and am watching and plan to bid later :) Hopefully you'll get a lot for this, it is definitely worth a lot...

I bid every last one of my credits now, hopefully I win it! And those things you added and don't know what they are, they look like the beginning of granny squares.
I know what you mean about some workers having sticky hands. I work at a nursing home (I do laundry, house keeping and I'm a cook). I have been blamed because of missing stuff, just because I work in the laundry and if the clothes are worn, they usually get brought to the laundry and if it goes missing, the laundry is the first to get blamed. There was a girl who always took things and ruined clothes when she worked, now she no longer works there, and stuff has stopped disappearing. Hopefully they find the blanket.

Ok your talking about the Red and Black items I added. Some what like the makings of a blanket. I thought they were pot holders for cooking. haha
Its good to know I'm not by my self on the sticky fingers situation. Its odd how things can become missing in a nursing home and there not even valuable items?? And I know if I bid on a bracelet for my grandmother there is a chance that it would become missing.
And your right the first group of people the managers talk about is "Laundry". And a majority of the time its not even them. And I don't get to see my grandmother daily (because the nursing home it 80 miles away from my city) so I don't know the action of each nurse there, but my relatives do. I talked with my uncle and they said some other tenant was using it?? We put her name in it so why did it get missed placed (the world my never know)? But its good that individual is gone so you don't have to deal with that anymore:)
