This rich, multilayered dessert of angel food and devil's food cake, peanut butter mousse, and milk chocolate ganache is heaven to the taste buds and hell to the waistline, but it's a show-stopper. :)Don't let it scare you, while labor intensive, it's easy and can be done in stages. It makes a huge cake, so definitely consider for a party, event, or any type of large gathering. Could easily serve 16 people.
