Rose Mallow – Lavatera trimestris
Nice large blooms and very easy from seed. It tolerates moisture well. This wildflower needs to be sown where you wish it to bloom since it does not transplant well at all.

Zones: 1 through 10
Height: Up to 4 ft.
Flower Color: Pink or White
Plant Type: Annual
Light Requirement: Sun to Light Shade
Bloom Time: Mid - Late Season

Found out they have a few names- Lavatera & Tree Mallow too..

I did see that there were a few names for them too! I have a couple white mallows.. they look like the Vulcan (with the green star at the bottom) but are solid white. I figure there has got to be a specific name for them but cant find anything other than white mallow...

Thank you! They really are very pretty.. this is the first year I have grown them and they turned out so great! They have been blooming all summer and are still going strong! :)
