The listing, Goldtone Martian Spaceship pin w/3 Dancing Martians! has ended.
This is a cute Martian Gold tone pin, so you'll be ready for that trip to Mars!Being a child of the 1970's I loved "My Favorite Martian" and what was the other one called "Swiss Family Robinson?" where they lived on Mars. (my memory was extracted by the Venusians! Lol!Just kiddin'!! I also loved "I Dream of Jeannie, but that has nothing to do with this except it was a seventies TV show. Ah , I do miss the old Days of great TV!! Today it's just a mess! And so far the only possible life on Mars (or at least that we know of , are the recent findings of microscopic algae, ah well, we can dream big , though, can't we? I hoped one day to go to see Mars, but I think I'll leave that for you younger people. Lol! I'm happy these days just to get to the store! Haha!! (Gas is waaaay too pricey for me to go to Mars!! ).One man in my hometown did become an astronaut , though ,so I do feel a "certain" connection! And I always loved "Stairway to Heaven" by Led Zepplin!! At any rate this cute pin got lots of compliments, the brushed finish has worn off for the most part and soon it will be all shiny ! (You can see a bit is lft in the pics. The Pics also make it look silvery on the edges, it isn't that's just the scanner light. It's a very rich gold color. There are no marks on it. Did you know I once saw a spaceship just like this one hovering over the ocean as 20 or 30 of us stood and watched! It was in CT at night and the thing stayed in one spot, less than a half mile away and zoomed off at a very sharp angle , I think it was 1977 or thereabouts, and since I was not alone, and we all heard and saw it, it was a thrill!! But it must have been from some other planet, not Mars. Whatever the case, the Red lights spun around, it was very kool! Ask me any questions. I added a pic of the back, again the figures look silver but they are not, it is totally goldtoned(very pretty gold color!ALSO THE RED 'lishts' are enamalled glass I think or poured red resin, they actually look like lights!
