They would fit as young as 16 if they were not really petite

Okay..the chest is 16" armpit-armpit
The length is 22" shoulder to bottom
The sleeves are 17" armpit-sleeve end.
These shirts you would find if you went to Kohls and went to the Junior section of the store....not the Women's section. But some women are small enough they shop in the junior section. Some Juniors are big enough they have to shop in the Women's section. In the Junior section you will find brands like these...or L.E.I, MUDD, Angels, Abercrombie, Hollister, Vanity, Forever 21....where as in the women's section you will find brands like Liz Claiborne, Villager, Newport, Notations....
These shirts are for high school girls....meaning Juniors...Medium.
They are not going to fit girls in grade school.....
Hope this helps. They are pre-washed so they will not shrink, and they are stretchy.
