You replace your old laces with these, there is a plastic clip that keeps them locked so you don't have to tie laces anymore, the laces are like bungee cords that stretch so you can just pull your shoe on. You can go to www.yankz.com for more information.

They will fit shoes up to size 12

All the package says is that they are one size fits all (up to size 12 shoe) So if you wear smaller than a 12 I'm sure they could work for high tops.
