Could you tell me what you mean by "no size-4-5". Does that mean you're guessing at the size? If so, could you give me a waist (stretched) measurement and a length measurement please? Thank you very much. F&W!

There is no tag on it. I will try and find a tape measure tomorrow aft work and measure. I guessed because that is what size one of my grandkids wears, and it fits her. Thanks!
