Hi there. what u can do is check out the auctions that u like & can either bid on it or, add it to the watch list. Basically, the one that bids the highest wins. U will then get a message from the seller, usually & they will need a verified address before they will send anything out. Make sure u either verify ur address & if u need help, check out support... the handles can be carried or put it over the shoulder.. whatever one works better for u. As for measurements, if I knew the info, i would post it but if it's not there, i dont know it... I dont have measuring tape... Sorry but ty for looking
