If They Are A Rain Boot And What Kind Of Material They Are Made Of. Your Description Doesn't Mention Anything But They Are A Boot And Sometimes Pictures Aren't Enough. They Could Be A Snow Boot, They Could Be Made Of Vinyl, There Are Many Possibilities, Your Answer Is They Are Rubber. People Want To Know What They Are Getting. If You Expect To Get Bids On Your Auctions You Need To Provide More Information In Your Description Or Be Prepared To Answer Questions. Get Some Information, Read A Tag If There's One, Usually On The Inside Of The Boot. Is There A 7 Somewhere On The Boot Or Are They A 7 Because That's What You Wear.
