New - still in sealed plastic. 7" long from end to end. Brush part is 1/2" wide. Bristles are a very soft sable. Great for using as a concealer brush, highlighter or shadow. High Quality brush.

That's what it's labeled as, although in my opinion it's a little soft for blending foundation or concealer. Would be ok for blending shadow. I use mine for laying down my eyeshadow base and I have a slightly stiffer brush for blending.
