Wow. five years apart. Do they get along? My son is ina relationship with a woman with a 10 yr. old girl with Downs and a mile a minute talker (boy) who is 8 yr. old. His daughters, are 11 and 13. Fortunetly they all get along just fine. This pleases me.

They are actually just 4yrs apart.. my daughter turns 12 in April and my son turns 8 in June.. They get along ok.. they definitely have t here moments..but I think if they were closer it would be worse.. too much competition I think..
