Briana..it means Get It Now (GIN) you can offer an amount...ex:3,000 if no one has bid and if the seller choses they can accept that and take 3,000..or they can just let it go to auction if they think it'll will get more... some auctions you will see have the GIN in the auction listing..usually they are big /expensive items...
