Cream or off white for sure, and it's great for both casual and formal. Shipping could be up to 10.ive only shipped a few time to the states so I would know when I go to the post office

It was purchased from a small boutique in toronto. There was a ton of vintage wear in the store... But I've worn it with my hair down and up and gotten compliments with both occasions. You can literally wear it and get compliments :).
