Just so you know where this generosity comes from, along with my soon to be 3 boys I have a daughter who will be 12 in February. I have not seen her in 10 years and I'm almost positive she has no idea that I exist. I wouldn't marry baby mama and baby grand-mama was a family attorney. To make a painful story short over a two year period I put everything I had into lawyers and court costs and came away with nothing. The first 8 years of her life were dark days for me, then I found out about my first son (Dillon) in 2010. During those eight years I did my best not to indulge my self in even the simple act of like looking at photos of her much less stroll down Memory Lane. As any father knows there is a special bond you have with your daughter, a type of pure love some people spend their whole life searching for and never find. Going through that has made me a better father and I cherish every second I spend with my boys. Even though my boys have started to heal me there is LITERALLY a constant pressure in my chest, my wife says it's my broken heart, I think it's the residue of clinical depression left over from those years. My point in this rambling is this, I made a promise the day I found out about Dillon that if I ever had the opportunity to do even the smallest deed to help a kid in need I would. Quite selfishly this has turned into a bit of healing for me also. When you get back on your feet I hope you remember my story and reach out to someone in need, better yet, I hope we are still friends and you can tell me about it. Awww I'm sooo sorry to hear about the loss to them, truly breaks my heart! I always say stuff is just stuff it can be replaced, lives can not.. I'm glad that y'all made it out too! I'm going to get those movies to you soon! I'm in the process of moving it's been a long process but once I get settled down.. Ill be helping with more stuff =)

Not to long ago I saw a 15 year old girl get hit by a truck going about 45, I got to her as fast a i could.. I tried to save her to the best of my ability & while I'm trying to do what I can there were 10 people around me standing there doing nothing & looking at me like I'm the crazy one.. The point of my rambling is I couldn't help but think afterwards while cleaning up & crying like a baby - if that happened to me or someone I care about would they stand there or would they try? That goes for any situation. Point being ill try & help to the best of my ability =)

well ty. we have always tried to help anyone that needed it to the best of our ability even if it took away from my husband and I. as long as our kids had what they needed and it didn't take from them but we honestly never thought we would be the ones that needed help. a very close friend of my husband's which was more like a brother cause they grew up together lost his home to a fire 3 yrs ago but he not only lost his house and all belongings but he also lost his 4 daughters. his son was able to make it out with his wife but when she went back for the girls it was too late they were already gone. we thank god above that we all made it out ok cause we know from experience that it could have been alot worse.

I keep a stockpile of DvDs that have gotten small scratches on them after I bought them. I usually give them away as extras to people who win my block party auction. I would like to send some of them to you. Should be a slight improvement on the two Spiderman movies you've been recycling.

I am truly amazed myself. Our house bunt down on the 18th and we lost everything. We have 5 kids and I can count on 1 hand how many of our supposed friends and family members have helped us. You find out who is truly your friends when something like this happens.
